We are seeking a Receptionist / Customer Care professional to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients while supporting daily office tasks.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist clients with consultations and showroom support
✅ Handle incoming calls and emails
✅ Perform office tasks including paperwork and visa support for employees
✅ Maintain organization and order in the office
✅ Follow management instructions and assist as needed
✅ Work with computers for correspondence, maintaining databases, and placing orders
📌 Conditions:
✅ Work Schedule: 6 days/week (1 day off)
✅ Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Goshi showroom)
✅ Partial work in a warehouse in Jebel Ali
✅ Visa provided
✅ Accommodation and transportation are at the employee's expense (public transport routes available)
📌 Requirements:
✅ Female, age up to 35 years
✅ Excellent knowledge of English
✅ Proficient with computers and office programs
✅ Pleasant appearance, politeness, and sociability
✅ Responsible and ready to handle diverse tasks
