Headquartered in the UK, we are expanding our Dubai team to capitalise on the growing APAC market. We provide permanent, contract, and RPO staffing solutions to top technology companies worldwide.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our ambitious and award-winning team in Dubai. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities, identify top talent, and match candidates with global client briefs. You’ll work alongside our Dubai Regional Manager and have the freedom to explore the APAC market without geographical restrictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and generate new business opportunities.
Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for global client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Focus on ‘Smart Tech’ recruitment, including IoT, Data, and AI.
Work collaboratively with the Dubai team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:
Proven recruitment experience (tech sector preferred but not essential).
Experience in permanent or contract recruitment.
Result-driven with a passion for building relationships.
Ambitious and eager to grow in a global company.
