🔹 Responsibilities:

✅ Greet and welcome guests warmly
✅ Manage reservations & waitlists
✅ Escort guests to their assigned bed/private room
✅ Provide guests with information & details
✅ Coordinate with staff for seamless operations
✅ Maintain cleanliness & hygiene at all times
✅ Handle guest inquiries via calls, WhatsApp & chat
✅ Assist wait staff as needed

🔹 Requirements:

✔️ Previous experience as a Hostess
✔️ Knowledge of hotel/hospitality management
✔️ Excellent communication & customer service skills
✔️ Strong organizational abilities
✔️ Ability to stand/walk for long hours
✔️ High school diploma (Hospitality certification is a plus)
