Job Summary:
Our Lebanese restaurant is seeking an experienced and dynamic Reception & Reservation Manager to lead our front-of-house team. You will manage reservations, seating arrangements, and overall guest experience while ensuring smooth daily operations. Your role will involve greeting guests, handling inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with management to optimize our service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee reservations, seating, and table allocations
- Supervise and mentor host/hostess staff
- Greet guests warmly and manage the check-in process
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Maintain an efficient and organized reservation system
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating front-of-house operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant reception, reservations management, or front-of-house supervision
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Proficient with reservation systems and software
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
