Restaurant Shift Supervisor ( Indian/Pakistan or Any other) Job Description: We are searching for a reliable and trustworthy, customer-oriented and professional Restaurant Supervisor to join our restaurant team. The Ultimate Responsibility for Restaurant Shift Supervisor is to Safeguard the financial Success of a Specific shift maintaining the Reputation of the Company. Ensure that the Restaurant Serves & Delivers High-quality Food and Quality Customer Service during his assigned shift. Responsibilities • Implementing company policies, procedures, ethics, etc • Ensure that sufficient labour and supplies are available, taking corrective action where necessary. • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation during his assigned shift • Ensuring guest satisfaction • Plan and develop the overall local store marketing strategy • Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints • Organize and supervise shift/staff • Manage and lead staff • Training and evaluate staff performance • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory • Manage restaurant Food & nonfood supplies • Control costs and minimize waste • Nurture a positive working environment • Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions • Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales • Working to ensure standards of Food Safety & Hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations; • Preparing reports and other performance analysis documentation; • Reporting to and attending regular meetings with the Operations Manager. • Assigning team members with tasks to be completed each shift • Completes all other duties as assigned. People Management: Training and developing existing staff, motivating and encouraging staff to achieve targets, coordinating staff scheduling and rotas Operational Management: Organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security; Financial Management: Planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets set by the Operations Manager, fully responsible to control Food costs, leakages, wastages and fixed assets etc in the restaurant, etc;
