Fika Time Coffee Shop, a renowned Swedish brand located in Damac Hills Mall, Dubai, is seeking a skilled and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will ensure exceptional service, maintain high hospitality standards, and oversee daily operations to deliver a flawless dining experience for our guests.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.

• Oversee guest interactions, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing concerns promptly.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain timely and accurate service.

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to uphold restaurant standards.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.

• Uphold the brand’s values and represent the restaurant’s image professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role in upscale or fine dining.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
