Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and experience in handling quotes, orders, and administrative duties. Below are the details of the role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote Preparation:
    • Accurately price and prepare quotes for clients.
    • Build detailed estimates for special items by gathering information and analyzing material and job costs.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Receive and understand client requirements via email or phone calls.
    • Follow up diligently on submitted quotes to secure orders.
  • Order Processing:
    • Efficiently process orders to ensure timely delivery to clients.
    • Monitor stock levels and initiate re-ordering as needed.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quotes and orders.

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, Tagalog, and/or Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Honest, self-disciplined, responsible, friendly, and a team player.
  • Professionalism: Confident and polite phone manner, good listening and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of additional software is beneficial.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an office/administrative role.
