Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Booking Management

  • Manage customer inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and in person.
  • Accurately input booking details into the system and confirm with customers.

Upselling & Cross-Selling

  • Recommend premium services, extended rentals, and exclusive packages.
  • Suggest complementary experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.

On-Site Customer Support

  • Welcome customers, confirm bookings, and process outstanding payments.
  • Provide a safety briefing and an overview of boat features.

Boat Preparation & Inspection

  • Ensure the boat is clean, well-maintained, and ready for departure.
  • Address any issues promptly with the boat owner or maintenance team.

Customer Relations

  • Serve as the main point of contact during rentals.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and feedback.
  • Assist with daily reports and operational documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or the boating industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s tourism and boating industry is an advantage.
