Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Booking Management
- Manage customer inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and in person.
- Accurately input booking details into the system and confirm with customers.
✅ Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Recommend premium services, extended rentals, and exclusive packages.
- Suggest complementary experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.
✅ On-Site Customer Support
- Welcome customers, confirm bookings, and process outstanding payments.
- Provide a safety briefing and an overview of boat features.
✅ Boat Preparation & Inspection
- Ensure the boat is clean, well-maintained, and ready for departure.
- Address any issues promptly with the boat owner or maintenance team.
✅ Customer Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact during rentals.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
✅ Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and feedback.
- Assist with daily reports and operational documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or the boating industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
- Familiarity with Dubai’s tourism and boating industry is an advantage.
