Senior Accountant

Job Description

Homeforever Properties Management LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing. Prepare and review financial statements.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, provide financial forecasts, and support strategic decision-making.

• Real Estate Accounting: Manage transactions related to leasing, property management, and development projects. Reconcile client and vendor accounts.

• Audit and Compliance: Assist in audits and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.

• Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed financial reports and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Only Asian nationalities

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience abroad, including monthly account finalization

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, ERP, Outlook, and Tally

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting and Finance, CA, ACCA, or CPA

• Strong understanding of VAT and UAE tax regulations
