Job Overview:

Modular Mab Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing modular construction or prefabricated structure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and schedules.
• Lead construction teams, ensuring safety, productivity, and efficiency.
• Inspect work progress and quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain daily records of project activities, labor, and materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Abu Dhabi as a construction foreman, preferably in modular or prefabricated structures.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and overseeing construction teams.
