Our client is looking for a Senior Design Manager with Architecture/Masterplannning experience for a Dubai based project management position. You are required to act as the single focal point of contact between the Client, Consultants and the Construction Contractor(s), ensuring the desired project objectives are delivered. You must have adequate knowledge and information about the business and the project in order to make informed value-add decisions for both the Client and the Company.
• Evaluate current procedures and lead technical design reviews to ensure project is delivered with best overall value.
• Design management and project management - Providing insightful recommendations and solutions to any technical issues.
• Guiding designers, reviewing designs, and ensuring they meet project requirements and scope of work.
• Creating, submitting, and tracking Capex documentation.
