Senior Litigation Lawyer - UAE Experience-Foreign lawyer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Stay updated with UAE laws and regulations.
✅ Conduct legal research and draft reports, memorandums, and legal advice.
✅ Attend client meetings and provide verbal/written legal counsel.
✅ Review, draft, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
✅ Handle client documents for litigation/arbitration and file lawsuits in court or arbitration.
✅ Ensure all client services are completed before deadlines.
✅ Coordinate with other legal counsels on case strategies, progress, and client-related issues.

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.
✔ Excellent communication and typing skills.
✔ A customer base in the UAE is preferred.
✔ Experience in legal research, drafting, and litigation/arbitration.
