• Creating technological requirements.

• Developing scalable code for software programs using Oracle Forms and Java.

• Examining and troubleshooting Oracle Forms and Java applications.

• Assisting less experienced coders.

• Launching applications, programs, and webpages that work.

• Writing operating manuals for applications and software.

• Educating less experienced employees.

Important Skills: • Writing functional requirements, test scripts, and help manuals as well as blueprinting experience

• Root cause analysis experience; experience supporting large customers for L2 and L3 issues; experience analyzing repeated incidents and providing permanent
