Job Description
Arbitrage Management is looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to generating sales for our company. You will play a crucial role in closing sales deals over the phone and building strong customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to clients and introduce products or services that may interest them.
- Explain products and services to clients, answering questions and addressing doubts.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services that may benefit the client.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Take client information and update the database as required.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Handle complaints and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 0-5 years of experience in a Tele Sales Representative or similar sales/customer service role
- Ability and willingness to learn product details and their specifications and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality
- Team player with good time management skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
