Job Description

Arbitrage Management is looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to generating sales for our company. You will play a crucial role in closing sales deals over the phone and building strong customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing calls to clients and introduce products or services that may interest them.
  • Explain products and services to clients, answering questions and addressing doubts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services that may benefit the client.
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers and ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Take client information and update the database as required.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
  • Handle complaints and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 0-5 years of experience in a Tele Sales Representative or similar sales/customer service role
  • Ability and willingness to learn product details and their specifications and benefits
  • Patient and friendly personality
  • Team player with good time management skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
