We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mechanic Foreman to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of diesel and petrol engines, gearboxes, auto transmissions, and axle systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage mechanical repairs and maintenance for diesel and petrol engines, gearboxes, auto transmissions, and axle systems.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles and heavy equipment.

• Lead and supervise a team of mechanics, ensuring high-quality work and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

• Communicate effectively with team members and provide clear reports.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets industry standards.

• Stay updated on the latest automotive and heavy equipment technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanic Foreman.

• In-depth knowledge of diesel and petrol engines, gearboxes, auto transmissions, and axle systems.

• Experience with heavy construction equipment and transport vehicles.

• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Good physical condition and stamina to handle demanding tasks.
