Bright Star Visa Services is a leading provider of visa and immigration services, dedicated to assisting individuals and businesses with international travel and relocation. We are looking for a skilled Visa Consultant to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize social media platforms to generate client leads.
- Client Consultation: Understand clients' visa needs and provide clear guidance on requirements and processes.
- Document Management: Assist clients in obtaining and verifying necessary documents for compliance.
- Customer Service: Address client queries and provide regular updates throughout the application process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions and application statuses.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve any application issues and offer solutions as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, law, international relations, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience as a visa consultant or in a similar role is advantageous; 1 year in sales is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of immigration laws and visa application procedures.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure the accuracy of applications.
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple applications efficiently.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills focused on client satisfaction.
