The Chevrolet division of General Motors produces a line of vehicles known as the Suburban. The nameplate has been in use constantly since 1934, when it was first used for the 1935 U.S. model year. It has long been one of General Motors' most lucrative automobiles. One of the earliest production all-metal body station wagons was the 1935 Carryall Suburban first generation.
