Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our construction company. The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling financial reports, VAT, balance sheets, bank reconciliation, and other essential accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Provide support for audits and other financial reports as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of VAT, balance sheet management, and bank reconciliation.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
