Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the lead teacher to monitor the class schedule
• Assist in lesson preparation by organizing materials and setting up equipment
• Review lesson material with students individually or in small groups
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment
• Supervise students during non-classroom times, including lunch and field trips
• Work with lead teachers to identify student challenges and propose solutions
• Document student progress and communicate with parents
• Support lead teachers in creating lesson plans
• Adhere to state, school, and class regulations
• Attend training sessions, parent meetings, and faculty gatherings
