Duties and Positions
In order to support the assigned function and ensure efficient and seamless operation while upholding organizational policies and procedures and keeping confidentiality at all times, this role provides complete secretarial and administrative support. Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to the project and tender management stages. While doing administrative tasks, transcribing in English and Arabic a range of documents from longhand and other drafts, such as letters, memos, circulars, and reports.

External: Periodic communication about official visits, messages, or appointments with other individuals outside the company.
Knowledge and expertise
Qualifications and Education
Essential: Secondary school completion (12 years)
Experience
Two years of administrative and documentation experience are required; four is preferred.
