Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Analytics and AI Sales Lead to join our team and drive sales engagements across the EEMEA region. In this role, you will lead consultative sales initiatives, develop innovative solutions, and build long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in delivering impactful analytics and AI-driven solutions, contributing to Mastercard’s global success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Drive sales engagements, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with senior and mid-level clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Problem Solving: Analyze complex business problems, define actionable goals, and develop structured approaches to address client challenges.
Sales Pitch Development: Create compelling sales pitches and presentations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Innovative Solutions: Design and deliver cutting-edge AI and analytics solutions, leveraging Mastercard’s capabilities and global expertise.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to the organization’s intellectual capital by sharing insights on emerging analytics and AI trends.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or AI/Data Science (MBA or postgraduate degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or technology industries, with a proven track record in analytics and AI.
Expertise in advanced AI, Generative AI, data strategy, and digital transformation.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms and their role in enabling scalable AI solutions.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
