We are looking for a skilled HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless processes from recruitment to onboarding. The role involves overseeing Dubai Trade portal activities, including trade license renewals, lease renewals, staff accommodation renewals, and visa renewals. Additionally, the candidate will handle visa applications, cancellations, and quota management through the Jafza Portal (Dubai Trade).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive HR activities, including recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding.
Manage Dubai Trade portal activities, such as trade license renewals, lease renewals, staff accommodation renewals, and visa renewals.
Handle visa applications, cancellations, and quota management via the Jafza Portal.
Implement and manage HRM systems (e.g., Firstbit software) as part of the core team.
Oversee group insurance, property insurance, and workmen’s compensation.
Ensure compliance with Jafza and UAE Labor laws.
Manage employee onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR metric reports, including staff turnover, visa status, and accommodation usage.
Establish key responsibility areas (KRA) and key performance indicators (KPI).
Design and maintain organizational charts.
Lead ISO certification processes and ensure ongoing compliance.
Manage various trackers (e.g., administration, document expiry, compliance, and recruitment) to ensure timely renewals and updated documentation.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to promote employee growth and professional development.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of HR practices and UAE labor laws.
