Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Spray Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of color mixing, spray painting techniques, and surface preparation to ensure a flawless finish.

Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Spray Painting & Color Matching:

• Perform auto spray painting with precision and attention to detail.
• Mix and match paint colors accurately to achieve desired shades.
• Ensure even application and smooth finishes by balancing spray techniques.

🛠 Surface Preparation & Finishing:

• Perform sanding, buffing, filling, and priming to prepare vehicles for painting.
• Ensure all surfaces are properly treated before applying paint.
• Maintain high-quality finishing standards in all paint jobs.

🔧 Material Handling & Design:

• Select and use appropriate spray materials and tools for each project.
• Demonstrate a good sense of color, design, and aesthetics.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of painting materials.

🚗 Workshop Coordination:

• Report directly to the Body Shop Supervisor.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ High school certificate or diploma in a relevant field.
✔ Proven experience in auto spray painting.
✔ Strong knowledge of paint mixing and color matching.
✔ Skilled in buffing, sanding, and priming.
✔ Attention to detail and creativity in color selection.
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
