• Provide customers with detailed information about their vehicle service outcomes and book follow-up appointments.

• Explain warranty protections, inclusions, and exclusions clearly and effectively.

• Advise customers on whether to repair their vehicle or consider trading it in for a newer model.

• Manage the dealership’s workflow and schedule, ensuring accurate appointment bookings with the repair and maintenance team.

• Notify customers when their vehicle is ready for collection.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
