Responsibilities:

• Advise clients in making informed property purchase decisions.
• Contact clients through cold calls, presentations, and promotional emails.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify profitable real estate properties and opportunities.
• Analyze the latest property market trends.
• Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements and financial standing.
• Maintain and update an accurate database of real estate properties.
• Plan and develop strategies for effective property management and sales.
• Negotiate with real estate agents and brokers on behalf of clients.
• Assist clients in preparing legal documents.
• Present profitable property proposals to clients.
• Secure fruitful relationships with clients and consulting deals.
• Recommend investment properties to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Leasing Consultant or a similar position in the Real Estate industry.
• A state real estate license is mandatory.
• Knowledge of the latest developments in the real estate sector.
• Familiarity with the laws and regulations governing real estate.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and customer-centric individual.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
