Bus Attendant

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated School Bus Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the safety and well-being of students during their commute. You will assist the bus driver, supervise students, and handle emergencies effectively. Freshers are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise students to ensure their safety on the bus.

• Assist children while boarding and exiting the bus.

• Help the driver with loading and unloading passengers.

• Maintain discipline and order among students during transit.

• Report any student concerns to the driver and school staff.

• Learn and follow school bus evacuation procedures.

• Provide route information and directions to substitute or new drivers.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of safety restraints, wheelchairs, and seat belts.

• Ability to handle emergencies and evacuate students if needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physically capable of performing duties.
