Duties and Positions

In addition to overseeing both SAP and non-SAP business applications, the business application manager will promote efficiency and innovation within our stack of technologies. In order to create, deploy, and maintain business applications that satisfy our organization's requirements and are in line with our broader IT strategy, she or he will oversee a group of consultants.

The business application managers are in charge of supervising the organization's software system deployment. To make sure that new systems are appropriately planned and implemented in a way that satisfies the needs of the business, she or he will collaborate with a group of developers, programmers, and other IT specialists.

Additionally, the business applications manager is responsible for keeping up with current systems and making sure they keep working as intended.

Primary Accountabilities:

· Management of Teams and Leadership:

• Manage and motivate a group of SAP experts, such as consultants for SAP FICO, MM, and SD.

• Encourage the SAP team to collaborate and perform at a high level.

· Offer team members direction and mentorship to guarantee ongoing professional growth.

SAP HANA Execution:

· Manage the SAP S/4HANA ERP systems' entire installation.

· Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee SAP is integrated into business operations in an efficient manner.

· Promote innovation and best practices in SAP S/4HANA installation techniques.

Specialization in MM, SD, and SAP FICO:

To satisfy company requirements, leverage extensive knowledge of SAP FICO, MM, and SD modules to optimize and develop solutions.

· Work together with consultants who specialize in a given module to improve functionality and address problems.

SAP Structure:

· Create and put into practice SAP architectural plans that support organizational objectives.
