• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Lebanese or Middle Eastern restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• In-depth knowledge of Lebanese cuisine, food service, and industry standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
