🚗 Requirements: UAE Driving License & Sharjah Municipality Approved Engineer Card
🛠 Experience: Minimum 5 Years (UAE)

We are urgently seeking a Civil Engineer with extensive UAE experience to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Plan & Coordinate: Manage daily site activities, adjusting plans as needed due to weather, supplies, or personnel.
✔ Project Oversight: Read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
✔ Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and delegate tasks to laborers & subcontractors.
✔ Scheduling & Attendance: Maintain schedules and monitor workforce attendance.
✔ Safety Compliance: Ensure the proper use of tools, equipment, and safety gear.
✔ Site Supervision: Oversee machinery operations and resolve onsite conflicts effectively.
✔ Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress to supervisors and engineers.
✔ Timeline Management: Ensure labor productivity and maintain project schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelors in Civil Engineering or related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in civil engineering/construction.
✔ Valid UAE Driving License & Sharjah Municipality Engineer Card (Mandatory).
✔ Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Familiarity with UAE construction regulations & safety standards.
