We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing administrative support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment and meeting scheduling for staff and management.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
