We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Engineer specializing in villa construction to oversee projects from planning to completion while ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee Villa Construction Projects – Manage projects from initiation to handover.
✔ Site Inspections & Feasibility Studies – Conduct thorough assessments to ensure quality.
✔ Ensure Compliance – Adhere to Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards.
✔ Contractor & Stakeholder Management – Resolve issues and ensure seamless coordination.
✔ Material Procurement & Project Handover – Supervise procurement and ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✅ Dubai Municipality Engineer License (Mandatory)
✅ Minimum 5 Years of Dubai Experience in Villa Construction
✅ Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit & Project Management Tools
✅ Strong Leadership & Communication Skills
✅ Valid UAE Driving License & Own Car Required
✅ Immediate Joiners Preferred
