We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Analyst - Strategy & Investment Intern to support our Strategy & Investment team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in hospitality investments, financial modeling, and market research while contributing to SHG’s global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing investment-related documents, presentations, and reports.

• Conduct due diligence and analyze data to support decision-making.

• Develop and refine financial models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.

• Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the hospitality sector.

• Track and monitor the performance of acquisitions and investments.

• Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Hotel Management or Business School, specializing in finance or hospitality, from reputable institutions like EHL, Glion, SEG, Les Roches, NHL Stenden, or The Hague.

• Prior experience in corporate finance, audit, investment, or hotel consulting is preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge of accounting principles.

• Ability to interpret financial statements and key performance indicators.
