Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of client projects.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on project progress and results.
  • Attend networking events and conferences to expand client base and promote the company's services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a client servicing or account management role.
  • Experience working in the Dubai market and understanding of the local business landscape.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
