- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of client projects.
- Monitor and analyze client performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for clients.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and retain clients.
- Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on project progress and results.
- Attend networking events and conferences to expand client base and promote the company's services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a client servicing or account management role.
- Experience working in the Dubai market and understanding of the local business landscape.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
