We are a full-service marketing and advertising company specializing in ATL and BTL services, including activations, events, exhibitions, branding, and turnkey projects across the GCC. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Client Servicing

Executive/Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project execution. You’ll build strong client relationships, manage project scopes and timelines, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include preparing proposals, troubleshooting issues, and staying updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in BTL marketing, events, or exhibitions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
