A reputable and well-established Agritech company is actively recruiting a Commercial Manager - Venom for their team in Abu Dhabi.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Providing strategic commercial direction to achieve company performance objectives.
- Assist in setting financial targets, pricing strategies, and budget development.
- Responsible for the profitable development of the regional business through maximizing the potential sales and profit growth and enhancing market access across the region.
- Responsible for continuous development of the operational cycle.
- Conduct research and document all phases of research and development.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Requirements
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- BSc/MSC/MBA.
- Must have a clear understanding of the Toxins market.
- Preferred if you have experience with toxicology & have worked with venom-based products.
- Minimum 15 - 20 years' experience, of which the last 10 years in a Senior Managerial position preferably heading business development .
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and the ability to drive results.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
