Job Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and optimize property descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials to drive engagement.
• Generate fresh and creative ideas to enhance our online presence and attract potential clients.

Video Editing:

• Produce high-quality video content that highlights properties, new developments, and client testimonials.
• Edit raw video footage into captivating content tailored for various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and our website.
• Enhance videos with graphics, sound, and effects to ensure a polished and professional end product.

Collaborative Work:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to create content that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.
• Ensure consistency in the brand's voice, style, and messaging across all content and platforms.

Real Estate Market Insight:

• Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations within the Dubai real estate market to create timely and relevant content.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation or video editing within the Dubai real estate sector.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation abilities.
