Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee fit-out and renovation projects in Abu Dhabi. Candidates currently residing outside of Abu Dhabi and not willing to relocate need not apply.
Duties:
- Manage site staff to ensure project completion.
- Organize materials and tools in collaboration with procurement staff.
- Provide daily updates to the project coordinator.
- Report directly to the project manager.
- Conduct pre- and post-work inspections.
- Flexibility to work night shifts for certain projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction or fit-out industry.
- Strong leadership skills and a commanding presence.
- Technical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret drawings.
