Corporate Setup Agent – AED 6,000/month
We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Setup Agent to assist clients in establishing businesses within the UAE, including Free Zone and Mainland company formation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of UAE business regulations and be able to guide clients through the entire process. This is a great opportunity to contribute to business expansion while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the company setup process, from consultation to business licensing.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation for Free Zone and Mainland company formation.
- Manage visa applications and related procedures.
- Oversee WPS (Wage Protection System) operations.
- Handle operations related to DED (Department of Economic Development) and Immigration.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
- Stay informed on updates and changes in UAE business regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate setup, specifically in Free Zones and Mainland.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both Arabic and English preferred).
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Experience with visa processing, WPS, DED, and Immigration procedures.
