Are you passionate about customer service and sales? MegaSun Lounge is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact at our indoor tanning salon in Uptown Mirdif Mall.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Greet and assist clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
✔ Promote and upsell tanning services and packages.
✔ Educate clients about our tanning machines and services.
✔ Maintain a welcoming and positive salon environment.
✔ Work closely with the team to meet company sales goals.

Requirements:

✔ Customer service experience, with a background in sales and upselling.
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
✔ Positive, customer-focused attitude.
✔ Available 48 hours per week (rotating shifts, no night shifts!).
