Positions and Accountabilities. experience in modular or prefabricated building for at least two to four years in the UAE or any other GCC

• Oversees the Estimation & Commercial Department, including progress valuation, contract preparation, budgeting, tendering, negotiating, and contract preparation, variation preparation, and cost control.

• Examine contract and tender documents, and submit RFIs as needed.

• Create the technical and commercial response schedule needed to submit the tender.

• Risk analysis-related tender presentation to senior management.

• Overseeing the project's fit-out process to ensure that quality requirements are met or exceeded while staying within budget and time constraints.

• Assisting the project teams with design development, procurement, construction, and all other facets of fit-out and finishes.

• Notifying the project manager and qualified staff (QS) of any program or financial ramifications.
