Real Estate Sales Consultant – Dubai Investment Park 1

We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai Investment Park 1. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, commission structure, and allowances. As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will help clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and property trends.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing strategies.
  • Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the best price and terms.
  • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, and inspections.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure all legal and financial aspects of transactions are met.
  • Stay updated with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other industry professionals.
  • Keep accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a real estate sales representative or a similar role (preferred but not required).
  • Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one, if required in your region).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
