Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and property trends.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing strategies.
- Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the best price and terms.
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, and inspections.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all legal and financial aspects of transactions are met.
- Stay updated with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other industry professionals.
- Keep accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate sales representative or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one, if required in your region).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
