- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the landscaping team.
- Responsible for the productivity of the team and achieving the targets
- Manage the inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Certification in landscaping or horticulture is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license in UAE
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor as needed.
