We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team temporarily for a period of three months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, specifically within the manufacturing industry. The work is 2 days from the office and 3 days from home

1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for manufacturing positions, from job requisition to onboarding.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
3. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
4. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
5. Manage the interview process, coordinating with hiring teams and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
6. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices in candidate assessment and selection.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
8. Assist in the negotiation and offer process, facilitating the successful onboarding of new hires.
