Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team temporarily for a period of three months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, specifically within the manufacturing industry. The work is 2 days from the office and 3 days from home
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for manufacturing positions, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
- Manage the interview process, coordinating with hiring teams and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices in candidate assessment and selection.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in the negotiation and offer process, facilitating the successful onboarding of new hires.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing roles and requirements.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
