Job Description

Global Properties L.L.C is looking for a professional and organized Front Desk Manager to handle customer service and administrative tasks in our real estate office.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Greet & assist clients with real estate inquiries
✔ Prepare & manage MOUs, contracts & renewals
✔ Maintain attendance records & petty cash
✔ Serve as personal secretary to the owner
✔ Track office inventory & daily operations

Qualifications:

Experience in front desk/admin roles (real estate preferred)
✔ Strong communication & organizational skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
✔ Ability to work independently & in a team
✔ Professional demeanor & interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: 1500 AED/month
