Requirements for Success in This Role:

• 3-9 years full-time experience in HR, ideally across all sub-domains of HR.
• Prior experience working with internal or external PROs.
• Deep understanding of UAE's labour law.
• Prior experience in developing HR policies and executing HR projects.
• Tech literacy.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
