Duties and Positions

Educate housekeepers on upkeep and cleaning duties

Daily oversee employees

Examine the cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas, such as the stairwells and lounge areas.

Plan shifts and make arrangements for stand-ins when necessary.

Establish and impart to employees the importance of hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness

Encourage team members and address any problems that arise at work. Address client concerns and unique demands.

Keep an eye on and restock cleaning supplies, such as rubber gloves, floor cleanser, and bleach.

When necessary, take part in extensive cleaning operations. Make sure that all areas adhere to the policies for safety and sanitation.
