We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources and administrative tasks for our luxury limousine service and holiday homes business. This role requires a balance of HR expertise, administrative skills, and knowledge of UAE labor laws.
✅ HR Management – Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee documentation.
✅ Employee Relations – Address staff concerns, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
✅ Office Administration – Handle office supplies, facility coordination, and scheduling.
✅ Event & Meeting Coordination – Assist in organizing company events and daily operations.
✅ General Support – Ensure smooth business operations across both limousine and holiday home sectors.
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
🔹 2+ years of HR/Admin experience (preferably in hospitality or transportation)
🔹 Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office & HR software
🔹 Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
