We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions, ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional employee experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions in the UAE, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee visas, work permits, and other government-related documentation.
• Advise management and employees on UAE labor laws, employment contracts, and HR-related queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and government regulations.

• Familiarity with MOHRE and UAE immigration portals.

• Career Level: Junior
