Job Description

HR & Administrative Coordinator – UAE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Coordinator to manage employment processes, compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Compliance Management

  • Prepare employment offers and contracts in compliance with UAE labor law.
  • Handle visa applications and processing for expatriate employees.
  • Ensure WPS compliance, gratuity calculations, and end-of-service benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, visa details, and payroll.

Employee Engagement & Conflict Resolution

  • Foster a positive work environment and effectively resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars, and online learning sessions to enhance employee development.
  • Manage employee requests in coordination with different departments.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Oversee timely renewal of labor contracts and staff accommodations.
  • Renew company vehicle Mulkia and handle fine payments.
  • Process tourist visas for employees traveling for projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in HR & administration with knowledge of UAE labor laws.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
✔ Ability to handle conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
