Tasks and Accountabilities:
Help with the HR Department's daily operations.
Well-versed in benefits plans and keeps track of employees' eligibility, including the General Pension Social Security Authority (GPSSA). Examines benefits with the employee and handles any adjustments, cancellations, or enrolling.
Support the hiring and onboarding procedures.
Every month, help with payroll and timekeeping duties.
Support and guide the creation of HR procedures, guidelines, and frameworks.
Communicate with coworkers, managers, supervisors, and employees to resolve issues
Continue to abide by labor rules and regulations in the UAE.
Offer assistance to operations about matters like performance and talent management.
Carry out additional tasks as given
